一、高层次人才引进计划

全年公开招聘高层次人才,被聘人员可获得以下待遇:

Ø  学科带头人引进计划,可享受不低于60万元人民币的年薪,另提供房租补贴、科研启动费,配备专门工作室。

Ø  学术骨干引进计划,可享受不低于50万元人民币的年薪,另提供房租补贴、科研启动费,配备专门工作室。

Ø  优秀青年学者引进计划,可享受25-40万元人民币的年薪,另提供房租补贴、科研启动费。

 

二、专业教师岗位公开招聘计划

春秋两季公开招聘专业教师岗位优秀青年人才,被聘人员可获得以下待遇:

Ø  可自动获得事业单位编制并享有相应工资福利。

Ø  可获得便捷职称评聘通道,最快5年左右可晋升正高级职称。

Ø  可获得全额资助进行10-12个月出国访学交流。

Ø  可参评各类人才项目并可获得金额不等的资助。

Ø  可享受不低于2万元科研启动经费。

Ø  天津财经大学附属小学为被聘人员子女就读提供便利条件。

High-Level Talent Program

To recruit high-level talent throughout the year

Remuneration and benefits:

l  Chair Professor: Talent who take a leadership role in their disciplines will be offered an annual salary of not less than RMB600,000. A house rental subsidy, research start-up funding and an office will be provided.

l  Senior Level: Talent who have an excellent academic performance will be offered an annual salary of not less than RMB500,000. A house rental subsidy, research start-up funding and an office will be provided.

l  Junior Level: Outstanding young scholars will be offered an annual salary of RMB250,000 to 400,000. A house rental subsidy and research start-up funding will be provided.

Faculty Recruitment Program

To recruit outstanding young talent for academic positions in the spring and fall seasons

Remuneration and benefits:

l  An employee of a public institution, and receipt of a corresponding salary and social welfare.

l  Once employed, the applicants will receive a convenient route to professional title assessment and appointment. It typically takes a minimum five years to receive a Professor title.

l  Full funding for overseas visits and studies for 10–12 months.

l  Able to apply for all kinds of talent programs and the corresponding funding.

l  Research start-up funding of not less than RMB20,000 .

l  Our affiliation of the Primary School of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics will provide convenient school enrollment for your child.

l  Access to high-quality educational and medical resources in Tianjin, a pleasant living environment, and access to the integrated transportation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.
